New agents join Weichert, Realtors in Parsippany

Dominick Prevete, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, is pleased to announce that the broker-owner and eight sales associates from Century 21 Rae?s Realty have chosen to join Weichert, Realtors? Parsippany office.

Century 21 Rae?s Realty was established in 1986 by broker-owner Rae Wilhalme, who manages her real estate business with her son, Bob Wilhalme. As part of the Wilhalme?s realty team, Gino Innarella, Oksana Kochurova, Susan Kroeger, John Mattaliano, Ingrid Patois, Judith Saiya-Derr and Amy Zaconie have also joined Weichert?s Parsippany office as sales associates.

Rae Wilhalme has been a licensed real estate professional since 1978 and a real estate broker for the past 32 years.

Now, a Montville resident, Wilhalme lived in Parsippany for more than 30 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. A top producer over the past 35 years, Wilhalme was recently named to the NJAR Quarter Century Club. She is also a notary public and is active in her church at St. Pius in Montville.

Bob Wilhalme has been active in real estate for 32 years and has held his real estate broker?s license for 24 years. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, North Central Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR) and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. He was an eight-time Centurian winner while with the Century 21 organization and has been in the NCJAR Million Dollar Club more than 15 times.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Wilhalme has lived in Parsippany for 43 years. Active in the local community, He is vice president of the Parsippany PAL and an active member of the Parsippany Sons of Italy, Knights of Columbus and the North Morris Golf League.
