No suspension for Titans WR Kenny Britt - Fantasy Sports

The lockout helped some players get more time to recover from injuries. The lockout hurt rookies and developing players with the lack of summer practices. But maybe no player is more thankful for the NFL lockout today than Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt.
Despite being arrested three times during the offseason, Britt learned Saturday that he will face no discipline from the league. It was first reported by Judy Batista of The New York Times.
Britt has been bothered by a hamstring injury for the majority of training camp, but is tentatively expected to play next week in the team's fourth and final preseason game. FANTASY ANALYSIS: It's hard to defend suspending an employee for something he did away from work while his place of business was pretty much out of business. That seems to be the league's view on punishing players for offseason improprieties. Now we'll just wait for Britt to get healthy. He has a ton of talent, but hamstring injuries have dogged him since last season, and he still needs to build a rapport with Matt Hasselbeck. He's best drafted as a low-end WR2, but he could end up being a steal. Or he could keep acting like a knucklehead and be a bust. Yeah, he's a little risky, kids.
